Every consequential decision must be traceable to a named gate, policy, or human escalation path. Responsibility is not deferred to the model, the prompt, or post-hoc review alone—it is assigned where execution is proposed.
Claims earn their weight; nothing inherits trust by title.
Assertions about safety, utility, cost, or readiness must cite evidence tier, benchmark protocol, deployment context, and reproducibility status. Authority flows from documented measurement, not from narrative, pedigree, or press.
